Terms of service

1. The platform and the contracting parties

ZUKKO provides a catalogue, classifieds, business storefronts, communication, booking and business-management tools. The platform operator is identified on this page.

The seller, service provider or employer identified in the listing and order is responsible for its offer, fulfilment and mandatory customer information. The operator is responsible for its own platform services, including paid publication and promotion.

Browsing does not create a payment obligation. A paid function requires a displayed price and a separate order confirmation. Mentioning a function here does not mean it is enabled for every user.

2. Accounts and authority

Publication, orders and account tools require truthful contact information. Independent commercial use is intended for adults with legal capacity; a business representative must be authorised.

Protect your access and review staff permissions. Report compromised access to the operator. False accounts, impersonation and verification of another person’s phone are prohibited.

A business profile or verified phone is not a guarantee of quality, professional licensing or Stripe approval.

3. Listings, photographs and AI

Publish lawful offers and material you are entitled to use. Give the real price or a clear calculation method, condition, significant defects, included items, location and fulfilment terms.

Businesses must disclose their real identity, contacts, applicable registration details and sale conditions. Professionals are responsible for required permissions and qualifications. Prohibited goods, counterfeits, fraud, discriminatory vacancies and unauthorised personal-data disclosures are not allowed.

You retain ownership of your content and permit ZUKKO to store, format, display and technically distribute it as needed to provide the service and selected promotion. This does not transfer ownership of your photographs.

Review AI text, translations, price suggestions and covers before use. Generated imagery must not conceal defects or misrepresent a product. An externally sourced entry does not establish its author’s participation in ZUKKO.

4. Fixed prices, offers and auctions

A classified listing may use a fixed price, individual offers or auction bids. An individual offer is submitted to the seller and does not charge the buyer.

An auction uses the displayed starting price, minimum increment and deadline. The seller can accept the current highest bid within the time allowed by the interface. Placing a bid does not itself trigger online payment or an automatic sale at expiry.

Acceptance records the agreed price and opens the next fulfilment steps. Private-classified participants arrange payment and handover directly. Self-bidding, artificial price inflation and coordinated extra accounts are prohibited.

Consumer purchases from traders and transactions between private individuals have different rules. Check the seller’s status before contracting.

5. Shop orders and delivery

Before ordering, check the seller, product variant, quantity, price, collection or delivery method, delivery costs and timing, and return conditions. Each shop is responsible for its part of a multi-shop order.

Available payment methods and the total are shown during checkout. Stripe processes online payments when enabled. Payment confirmation depends on the provider’s result, not merely reaching a success page.

The seller arranges fulfilment on the disclosed terms. Keep any agreed changes in the conversation. Inspect the goods before confirming receipt; do not confirm receipt in advance.

Seller transfers and payouts depend on order status, returns, disputes and Stripe requirements. ZUKKO does not describe this as bank escrow, insurance or an unconditional reimbursement guarantee.

6. Platform fees

Prices on ZUKKO are stated in euro (EUR).

A provider or salon page is free. Publishing a new service card costs €1 once; selecting 25 or more new cards in one order costs €25 in total. Editing paid cards is free. A CRM subscription is not required to keep published services visible or receive direct enquiries.

Classified publication, promotion, shop commission, buyer fees and professional subscriptions are different services. Applicable amounts, duration and the payment breakdown are disclosed before confirmation.

The confirmed tariff applies to that order. Later tariff changes do not increase an agreed price retrospectively. Taxes and mandatory charges that must form part of a consumer price are included in the displayed total.

Publication and promotion do not guarantee a sale, view count or enquiries. If a paid platform service is not supplied due to ZUKKO’s fault, you can request a remedy or refund for the unsupplied part, without losing mandatory rights.

7. Services and appointments

Service cards identify the provider, description, duration, price and contact options. A calendar is used if the provider enables booking and sets availability. Project work may first require agreement on scope through messaging.

A request may require provider approval. Do not treat the time as final until confirmed. Deposit or full online payment is subject to the displayed conditions. Any deposit balance is paid to the provider as agreed.

The self-service cancellation and rescheduling cutoff is shown before booking. Contact the provider after that cutoff. Cancelling an appointment is distinct from confirming a financial refund; check refund status separately.

If the provider cancels, an agreed alternative or a refund for an unprovided paid service must be offered where applicable. Provider terms cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers buying remotely from a trader generally have 14 days to withdraw without a reason: from receipt for goods, or contract conclusion for services. Statutory exceptions depend on the goods or service and must be disclosed before ordering. An ordinary private-person sale does not automatically carry this right.

Contact the seller or use the available order return request. An unambiguous withdrawal notice can identify the buyer, order number, goods or service and date. Requests about ZUKKO’s own services go to its operator.

Return-shipping deadlines, reimbursement, return costs and any right to withhold reimbursement until goods arrive depend on applicable law and prior disclosures. Rights relating to defects, non-conformity or non-performance remain separate.

Starting a paid listing or other service does not by itself remove withdrawal rights. Early performance and any loss of the right after full performance require the separate conditions and acknowledgements prescribed by law. There is no blanket no-refund rule.

A dispute or return can pause a seller transfer. An account decision does not prevent contacting a bank, competent authority or court. A refund is completed when confirmed by the payment provider; bank processing also affects when funds appear.

9. Professional subscriptions

CRM and calendar cost €10 per month including owner access. Each additional team member seat costs another €10 per month. The first month is charged when subscribing; the plan then renews monthly until cancelled. The total and any proration for seat changes are shown before confirmation. Access starts after payment is confirmed.

Future renewal can be cancelled in the available billing portal. Ordinary cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends, after which new CRM operations, online booking and additional team access are restricted. Cancellation does not delete customer or appointment history and does not remove statutory refund rights.

10. Jobs, teams and customer records

Employers are responsible for accurate vacancies, lawful conditions and application processing. ZUKKO does not make hiring decisions. CVs must not be used for unrelated purposes or disclosed without a basis.

Business owners assign staff access and revoke unnecessary invitations. CRM records may only be used lawfully for the relevant customer relationship. Importing contacts requires the necessary rights and information to the individuals concerned.

11. Reports and restrictions

Report unlawful content, rights violations or errors through the available listing report or operator contact. Include the URL, an explanation, relevant evidence and a reply contact.

ZUKKO may restrict content or accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud or stop a material rules violation. Measures should be proportionate; reasons and review options are provided where legally permitted and consistent with user protection.

Restrictions do not remove existing order obligations, lawful refunds or data rights. Ask the operator for human review if you disagree with a decision.

12. Responsibility and availability

ZUKKO remains responsible for its own legal and contractual obligations. Sellers and providers remain responsible for their offers and fulfilment. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Maintenance and external-service failures can interrupt availability. AI suggestions and user content do not promise a result. Report problems with paid platform services to the operator; mandatory remedies remain available.

You may stop using the service and request account closure. Outstanding obligations, other participants’ rights and lawful retention of necessary records remain.

13. Changes and disputes

The version date appears at the top. Material changes apply prospectively after appropriate notice and agreement where required. They do not retrospectively change confirmed orders or mandatory rights.

Latvian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules. These terms do not require a consumer to give up a legally available court or remedy.

First contact the seller or operator responsible for the relevant service. Consumer-protection enquiries can be addressed to Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs (www.ptac.gov.lv). Personal-data processing is described in the separate privacy policy.
